With the onset of lower carbohydrate diets, many people have found the wonders of cauliflower. There are cauliflower crusts which are versatile to make pizza; riced cauliflower in the produce section as well as freezer section which is fantastic as fried rice and there are cauliflower mashed potatoes and hash browns.

Just like anything that starts out good, many pre-packaged products have added ingredients which may be gut disruptors. Beware of ingredients such as sugar, xanthan gum, carrageenan and lecithin.
